We take this opportunity to remind parents that as a school and Trust we work hard to provide an excellent pastoral and educational environment for the children in our care.

There may be times where those standards are not met or not perceived to be met, and parents will have concerns that they quite rightly want to be addressed. We respectfully ask that if you do have a concern, then the correct way of raising that concern is with the class teacher or headteacher and, if necessary, through the formal complaints policy.

Social media channels are never acceptable forums for discussing concerns about the school, as it can raise data protection and safeguarding issues, the full facts will not be known and it can lead to further unnecessary breakdown in parent/teacher relations.

We will always listen to your concerns and attempt to achieve a resolution.
