The purpose of the trip was to see where William MacGregor lived whilst in Tamworth. The children enjoyed looking around the house and asking lots of questions too.  The children got to see his secret room which was where he kept his gold and his Egyptian mummies! Herons also enjoyed sitting in the garden of Bolehall Manor sketching the front of the house.
